Edge & Pop was created by Lunark, a San Francisco–based startup focused on designing everyday tools that blend craftsmanship, functionality, and simplicity.

Our first creation, Edge & Pop, combines centuries of Damascus steel craftsmanship with modern minimalism.
Each knife is unique, designed in San Francisco, CA, and built with precision by trusted partners.

Grip handle, press bottle opener end and rotate blade outward until fully extended and securely locked in place. You’ll feel it click, that’s the liner lock engaging.

Push the liner lock to the side with your thumb, then fold the blade back into the handle while keeping your fingers clear of the edge. Always close slowly and carefully.

Keep the blade CLOSED

Hook the opener under the cap and liftgently using two upward motions.

CAUTION: To avoid injury, do not use sudden force when opening bottles. If the opener slips, your hand may come into contact with the steel edges. Use gentle, controlled upward motions.

Soak the stone in water for about 5 minutes before use.
Use the 600-grit side (green) to restore dull edges, then flip to the 1200-grit side (white) to refine and polish. Move the blade in smooth, even strokes at a 15–20° angle.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or fees directly to their country’s customs agency upon delivery. These charges are not collected by us at checkout.
